Adams, who described himself as a "hard grader," said: "I was not successful in getting any of my bills heard or even sent to committee, although I tried like hell to do it. I was able to stop some things, and for that, I give myself an A."

He backed the prescription drug monitoring program that came close to being sent to Greitens.
