St. Louis building inspectors reported 389 properties as vacant in the Benton Park, Benton Park West, Gravois Park and Marine Villa neighborhoods from January 1, 2017 through June 19, 2018. On average, vacancies have increased slightly in the neighborhoods since 2008.
