In 2014, Missouri sent six Republicans to the U.S. House with wins by more than 30 percentage points each. In 2018, five of those margins were still above 30 percentage points. But the Republican advantage in Missouri’s 2nd Congressional District has declined dramatically. 2018 saw Republican incumbent Ann Wagner win by just four points over Democrat Cort VanOstran.
