Missouri’s historically black universities have some of the state’s lowest revenues per student

Missouri Southern State University and Lincoln University are the only four-year public schools that reported lower tuition revenues per full time student than Harris-Stowe State University. Larger universities made up to four times as much from tuition per student as Harris-Stowe State and Lincoln universities.
